Hello,
On average I have changed my toothbrush so far about 3 times this year, so that is about once every 3 months. They actually recommend that you change your toothbrush once every 3 months to help still clean your teeth well. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

Hi there and smile.
Most dentists agree you should change your toothbrush every three months. Studies show that after three months of normal wear and tear, toothbrushes are much less effective at removing plaque from teeth and gums compared to new ones. The bristles break down and loose their effectiveness in getting to all those tricky corners around your teeth.
It is also important to change toothbrushes after you've had a cold, the flu, a mouth infection or a sore throat. That's because germs can hide in toothbrush bristles and lead to reinfection. Even if you haven't been sick, fungus and bacteria can develop in the bristles of your toothbrush —another reason to change your toothbrush regularly.
Happy mylotting and smile always!

Hygiene is one of the imperative things in one's life.We should maintain cleanliness to our oral cavity to evade sore mouth or any form of infections that would formulate in the gums, because bacteria is always the cause of sickness of a person. So for me,I particularly change my toothbrush at least every 3 months or as necessary, that's also the advice of the dentist.I choose toothbrush with good quality.
