Where do I find my PAYPAL CODE ?

You can find the 4- digit paypal code on your credit or debit card near the word paypal or PP in the item description section. ---This is the answer from paypal but this answer is not clear to me . I would appreciate if somebody can explain this to me clearly.
Do i need to log in to my eon account to find this 4 digit code?

when you receive your credit card statement,see directly any statement from paypal,you will see 4 digit number and key in the number to your paypal account, and you will be verify that way!

Meaning , i will receive mail from paypal within 2-3 days and i can found my 4-digit paypal code in this mail? I appreciate your response!
