It is not advisable to take a bath when you are still sweating. The pores of your skin opens during sweating and if you take a bath at that time, the water may sip in, so the chance of catching a cold is high. It is also no good for the skin. The skin may develop white patches from what I understand. Try sitting down and rest for a while, sit under the electric fan if need be. Wait till your sweating stops then carry on with your bath will be better.

It is said that you will catch cold. Just dry yourself may be under a fan or in NaturalAir.

How could you get dry under AC - you mean set it in blower mode you mean.Won't you be spending more. Simpler, I mean cheaper, thing would be to be under a fan in high speed.

I do agree with gadhisunu, you will catch a cold too if you are drying under an air condition when you are sweating. Even if you are using the fan you shouldn't sit in front of it and let it blow directly to you too.

I think you should have a rest till you are not sweating anymore before you take a bath as you might catch a cold if you.

It's not good to take a bath while sweating. I think you will either catch cold or sort of skin disease (I don't know the name, sort of fungus and itchy). It's better to let your body cool off and the sweat dry a bit first. I usually catch a fever (fever, not cold) if I take a bath while I am hot and sweating.

hi, for me yes, there is no wrong for to take a bath when am still sweating as long as we should have time to rest first before we take a bath to avoid some psalms, and also to avoid having bad smell and bacteria in our body when we take a bath after sweating.
