Well I am not sure if this is a scam site, however if they grow too fast, then they might have problem keeping up with payments. And then they would be in trouble often turn scam.
Have you seem any proof of payment from this site? if not how do you know they are trustworthy?

there's some proof of payment in this site, but i think you need to pay them 70 cents to refer other member,
