Which country is better for teenagers to go too?
For a birthday party does france have buff boys?Or does London have the shopping clichea ;-)

ha. london can not beat France.
France is a country, london is just a capital of the UK.
I don't know where you are and which is your mother language.For practical reason I think London would be first choice if you can speak English.
It's really modern city but also very expensive. You have a lot of choice if you want to shop there.
