DYING TO DO THE SPLITZ?Here is how!!!

Firstly- i have been trying for years to do the splitz and it drived me crazy however a couple of weeks back to be precise i put my foot on to the kitchen counter for whatever reason i dont know and started counting to 10! It should pull the thighs of your legs i know it may hurt but put some soothing music on and keep thinking i can do it - and you will suceed. Secondly, you need to sit down and stretch both legs in front of you and hold in there for 20 secs - im telling you NOW this really does work i have been doing it every morning nearly and night and i am an inch of doing the splitz !! Soooooooooo happyhappy and i hope you will be too! Any questions do not hesitate to ask!?

I was an avid fan of gymnastics before. When I was a child I also want to know how to do the split. But I guess it is so hard now that I am already 27 years old. I think it is painful already. I believe my muscles are not that flexible anymore. I also have hard bones. And I am not that interested anymore to do it.
