On many of the discussions that I have started, I have picked someone to mark as best reponse. A few people have done the same thing with some of my posts. What does this do? Does this effect earnings? What about when you rate someone, if you rate them negatively could it effect someone's earnings?

Well not sure if that brings you an extra buck or no......but I feel giving out best response can certainly boost the other persons confidence specially if they had a bad day or something......i think we are a family here in mylot and we should encourage each other in motivating and giving positive ratings and best response.....
Well not sure how these ratings work......i had 9 stars yesterday and it has suddenly plunged to 8........i guess someone just rated me negative

I got comment of good responce in past and only 1 time, here many user don't know about this facility or sometime forget to comment, But even I don't know is it realy gives some more earning or not? I heard from someone that here mylot counts our reputation but How I don't know.
