well here in india if you will ride any bike without helmet..on highways on any other major road ..then you have to pay fine what about your country guys..is it..so..?

Yes.. Almost on all occasions... It has been made compulsary in my city since a couple of months.. But, i used to wear helmets regularly from 3-4 years back, itself..

Yes Im always using helmet when riding a bikes, using helm is must in here or police man will get you.
