Peanut Butter and Cheese are the super fat foods that is recommended to gain weight. You can also go to GNC or any nutrition center and buy weight gainer. This stuff is packed with calories and will do the trick. I have to tell ya, it is much more fun to sit in front on the tv and eat peanut butter sammys at night like I do though ;) lol

Hello Jennifer,
That was very good advise you gave, peanut butter and cheese, are very high in fat and eating them daily, with out a doubt will put some weight on you.
Peanut butter and cheese are also healthy for you, so you don't have to worry about gaining weight the unhealthy way.

Though now I'm doing well, in the past, I have had some health problems, where things like kidneys or other organs had some problems, so lost lots of weight. And had to gain back safely. Glad that you don't seem to have strict restrictions, which I did. But 1st off, I'd recomment that you schedule an appointment with a dietician who can give you healthy and professional suggestions.
Also, besides edible diet changes, what I had to have (many cans per day!) was Ensure cans. My favorite was the chocolate flavor. That did help me out a little bit and tasted great. :o)

Ensure?? Yea you are correct Loen210 .. I used to drink them a lot. Nowadays I'm drinking Sustagen .. but don't see any visible results though. As you said, yes I should go for a dietician for healthy advice. Thank you for your suggestions, Loen210

Pasta, cheese, rice and sweets. If you have a very high metabolism you shouldn't worry about eating them. Consider yourself lucky. All the same I would advise to eat in moderation. Such foods could build up in your muscle tissues and produce some unwanted fats. A regular exercise will help to balance it all. Take care.

Your lucky that your metabolism is fast I'm the opposite of you I want to lose weight. In my experience I gain weight easily when I eat too much carbohydrates, sweets and ice cream. Eat lots of protein and carbohydrate and try to excercise so your muscle will tone up so you would look bigger. Avocado is also good if you want to gain weight. I have a friend who is skinny in our high school days now he gains a lot of weight I don't know what did he take to be able to achieve his weight now.

Wow that's quite interesting! I do eat lot of carbohydrates, junkfood and occassionally ice-cream .. but hav to think about that exercising thing. I sweat a lot too. Does it has a connection with high metabolism? How do you suggest having avacado? eating or drinking? Anyway thanks for ur suggestions, avg0419:-)
