I think the best tips for you to make a clean space for your customers. Personally when I go out I more pay attention on the cleaness of the restraunt. also some light music play will help you to attract your customer. Also i think display menu with price is a good way to encourage customers coming.

You are entirely different from what I thought? You own a restaurant now? Oh, It's great to be the owner of a restaurant. May I know, where is your restaurant, in UK or in India? You are a very rich dude. I am not an expert in these things. So, I don't have fruitful suggestions. But there's no need for them. You are now the owner of a restaurant. That simply means, you know very well about these things than us. Then what's the need for suggestions? Am I right?

Restaurants become famous and people come to know automatically from their friends and family ....if the food qulity, that is taste is very good, oyu should find very good cooks, who have that quality, as once people know that they will get good food at some place, they come from far away though they may have some restaurants near their residence....next is your welcoming to guests...the most important accessory of smile you should always wear, as people get half their tiredness away if you welcome them whole-heartedly and about lodging etc, it all depends on your budget and space ...Good luck to u !!!

Oh, so u are your own boss?? lol =D Congrats and that's good news.. hehe ^_^ Well, quality and prices of food is somethings that attracts customers.. Decoration in your own resturant need not be too grand as it might even turn off certain customers as they think it's too expensive.. Juts let your resturant have a comfortable feel, and pricng your food at a reasonable price, while maintaining high standards in your food ^_^

I am not really familiar with your locale, but universally I have always felt it was a sign of high quality when the chef would come around and talk to each customer at the end of their meals.
