How many true friends do you have?

I have 3 true friend. My boyfriend, my best friend and her boyfriend. We are all the best of friends and would do anything for each other.

True friends are like a rare species in this present age of ours where worldly benefits and personal gains are prefered and have become criteria for friendship. As in politics, there is no freinds, just interests abound, same is the case with our day to day affairs. Now, People start taking interest as to how this friend of ours can be beneficial for us in the long run. However, I still believe that you cannot count the number of true friends unless you yourself be a true friend. The better your attitude with your friends, the stronger the bond you have between your friends. Selflessness and loyalty must be expressed and shown even if you are cheated and let down by your friends.

First my closest and best friend is my husband, second is my daughter and my three sons all of them. Then there is Betty, Suzan, Iva, Julia, Joyce, Dolores, Helen, Jean and Marian and my cousin Dorothy.

Hi there. I agree that it's during your most trying times that you realize who your true friends really are. I guess, if I'd have to count, I'd say I have two true friends from college (and these are the people I usually go to when I have work-related problems) and about five from high school. These are the people who, for some reason, I don't really feel that I've grown apart from in spite of each of us pretty much having his/her own lives now. It's a nice feeling, having these people you know you could pretty much rely on. I really prefer having a few good friends than a lot of "friends" who are actually just mere acquaintances.

I have definitely two, maybe three or four true friends. I'm in high school so it's pretty hard to determine who's a true friend and who's not. I absolutely love those that have shown they are and will be forever thankful to them for the rest of my life.
