Big Ol' Babies...

Why are men such big babies when they are sick or injured?
My boyfriend hurt his ankle and he is on crutches. He is driving me absolutely CRAZY! He acts as if he is completely handicapped and I have to do everythign for him.
Sheesh. I Had a C-section a few years back and a day out of the hospital I was at work waitressing. He gets a srained ankle and the world ends.
Did you ever notice that? If us women get hurt or sick, we just carry on. Especially if we have kids, we are not allowed to be ill. It's not even an option.
But when a man gets sick or injured, its as if he turns completely handicapped.

I know what you mean. My husband got sick a couple of years ago and he laid in bed and was moaning and groaning. You would have thought that he was at deaths door. If I'm sick I still get up take the kids to school, clean house, make dinner etc. If my husband was sick and it was left up to him to run the household the house would fall around him, nothing would get done.

Yeah its ridiculous.
I can't ever get a day off. If I get sick, oh well.

HaHa, I know. They are sooo strong, until they start feeling sick. It must be nice to actually even be allowed to go to bed, lol.
I barely even get to sleep at night.

Most of the time yes men are babies, but some women are too.. When I get sick I want someone to take care of me, When the husband is sick i take care of him.. I guess we just work out that way.. Though sometimes he's worse than me.. Sometimes he acts like he won't get better and complains of every single pain he has.. So I think though men and women average out on when they get hurt or get sick.

Even he is 80 years old,he may be like a baby,especiall,he is together with his lovers.Now matter he is a man or a woman.If women get hurt,we donot have to carry on.hehe
