What would you do if your were Bella?
Would you have chosen Edward or Jacob? Would you be afraid at any time?
Would you tell anyone about vampires and were wolves?
If I were Bella, I'd definately go for Edward. And I would probably would want to be changed into a vampire quickly. I also think I would have not gotten as close to Jacob, and not let him even think of a chance of the friendship growing into something more...It wouldn't make as much of an exciting story, but that's what I would do.

EDWARD! he is so mysteriously sexy.. unresistable..
Now i cant wait to see the mysterious side of jacob in New moon though..
I wont read the book til i see the movie cause after reading a book..movies are not near as interesting

well,that is a very good topic worthy thinking.
i think would choose Edward. The way he looks Bella is sooooooo protective and ke cares her so much, which touch every girl's heart.Yeppppp, that is what the girl want, a guy loves her deeply.
i have Eclopse on my hand now and im reading it.and i am very curious what would happend between Bella and Jacob.

Oh I'm too much like Bella to have done anything differently. I'm not sure if I would have been as relaxed around Edward and his family so quickly...I'm much more paranoid than she is. I really get why she got so close to Jacob but I don't think I would have considered him as more than just a friend. I think she just wanted to be loved and care about and he did it without looking at her likes she was nuts all the time. And yes I'd keep the secrets mostly because I understand the need for it. And they're be no question I'd chose Edward over Jacob.

If Bella was a real woman, she would have chosen Jacob. A real woman doesn't choose a macho man as Edward, and if she chose Jacob only because Edward left her, she was more pathetic. She would wait for Edward and not giving any hope to Jacob, or continue with Jacob: a real man, imperfect, and guess what? He doesn't shine!

I disagree. As a real woman - I would have choose Edward. You can't argue with his reasons for leaving and she always thought it would be possible. I understand that entire situation as Bella obviously did too. She thought he wasn't coming back because she never thought she was worthy of him to begin with.
I actually think Jake is more of the macho man than Edward. And Edward obviously isn't perfect - his mistakes are obvious (leaving her for instance).
I don't understand the more pathetic comment because if Edward had never left her - she would never have fallen in love with Jacob so she wouldn't ever had to choose between the too. She didn't intentionally lead Jake on either - she just need healing and he was the only one that made her feel better at all.
Just curious - have you read the series or just going by the movies?
