Sleep Paralysis is a condition when you feel awake in you sleep, but you can't move or speak. In additional to this immobility, you would also feel choked or suffocated, hearing strange noises like footsteps, seeing black shadows, feeling an existence of someone or even a ghost in the room. You try hard to move your hands and legs, but they won't move at all for a few minutes.
Have you ever had sleep paralysis?? And what do you do when you are having this problem in your sleep??

Yes, I had similar situation like you had. I had a feeling of numb from my shoulders and thumb that really bothering my sleep. I talked to my doctor and he said I get Gout Arthritis. Gout is disease that results from an overload of the uric acid in my body that leads into the formation of tiny crystals of urate that deposit in tissues of the body, especially the joints. When crystals form in the joints it causes recurring attack of joint inflammation (Arthritis).
Doctor asked me to avoid Purine-Rich and High-Protein foods, and I'm much better now. Just try it, maybe it will work for you too. Good Luck.
