If you are planning to rent near to your work what do you prefer Condo or Room

Some filipinos are always into a Room Cheaper and Affordable, But some prefer Condos since it is much nice and comfortable, But expensive. How bout you guys what do you prefer, by the way I am renting a room, because it is affordable though its not big but all the necessities are here, so it is fine with me to stay, and I am planning to buy a New House so I really need to save a lot of money or try Rent To Own Townhouse, But I am not sure for now. As far as I know there is also a Condo for Rent and Rent to Own.. Bout you? what do you prefer?

I always want to maximize my money's worth so I go for a room. Why should I pay more if I can have what I really needed for a lesser price? Well, there are other considerations such as safety but you can get that from a good location without having to pay so much. Aside from financial consideration, some condo does not allow the tenants to have pets in the vicinity. Gosh! I have a dog and birds and I always want to take care of them. I think I will never be a condo person.

It's never been cheaper to rent a room than a condo, thinking of those Filipinos who don't have enough capacity for a higher level of living. Yes, while working, you can actually spend your money wisely and have your savings even better and bigger. Actually it's like a trend that goes: rent in the meantime and buy and own a house after. Condo? it's not part of my preference at this time.

I wish Condo's and nice rooms were already available when 12 years ago... if that was the case... i would have moved out of home earlier... i tried looking for nice rooms... but most that were available were not to my liking... and there are no condos where i live...
Right now... i have a daughter... so i rent an apartment near work and my in-laws... a condo would be nice...

for me im going to go with the flow of my budget because it depends on my income on what kind of house that im going to stay.it's hard to take a risk it may ruin me.so that would be my opinion i would rather go with how much money will i earn.
