Is it hard to earn by google adsense?

Hi there, Is it so hard to earn using google adsense? I just register to adsense last month and till now I don't have any clicks yet..So, there's no profit for last month:-) It's quite hard to made a click when only a few people surf my blog per day..It's so sad...Who have been successful in adsense and making a lot of money from it? Can you give me any tips?
