who is the best Wayne Rooney or Lionel Messi??

who is the best striker or best forward ...its rooney (manchester united, england) or messi(barcelona, argentina) i like rooney and his extraordinary techniques and his shooting ability...i like his sprint much..

I beleive Messi is by far the better player. His technique and skill is second to none. Wayne Rooney is still a great player but nowhere near the level of Messi.

messi just started to prove his skills and got the no 10 in barcelona... rooney is two years elder than him and he is having the no 10 before messi.. and rooney is a striker and messi is a winger

I prefer Wayne Rooney than Lionel Messi. I think Rooney is a genius player with the ability to "finishing touch" is very good. Rooney is also be able to work together perfectly with Christiano Ronaldo.

I think Messi is far superior to Rooney..I feel Messi is the next King of Footballing world..the position currently owned by Ricardo Kaka'

Messi. Will be classed as one of the greatest ever. Rooney himself said he's already one of the greatest of all time. Rooney is an excellent player but is over-looked because of the more extravagant Cristiano Ronaldo.
