What are the problems of having Phimosis?

Depends on how extreme it is. Maybe you could exercise the skin , so to speak, so that it will go naturally after a while. Little by little. Pulling the skin back as far as it can go. Everyday a little more. My son was 8 or 9, the doctor told him to do this. And it helped. Of course you are older, but if it helps why not? The problem you could get later, is infection problems. Because it is hard to keep clean. When you use soap and it gets inside that could start irritations. If you are comfortable with it, and feel you have no problems with it, I would suggest to "exercise" it, so it goes natural. If it is irritating , I would advise to go to a doctor.
