Someone mentioned me in his article and it made me glad. The degree of satisfaction is different than any other. You feel a sense of fulfillment and joy, especially if it's something positive. What about you? What is usually your reaction when you found out an article written by someone mentioned your name? Do you feel elated or proud or do you feel just the opposite. Kindly read his post and comment so I could show that I appreciated what he did. http://www.huntingthemuse.com/2009/05/writing-for-helium.html
Thanks in advance and all the best.

I would be thrilled to read more about it. I have seen my articles at Helium quoted elsewhere in Helium articles and blogs. It really encouraged to write more and feel proud.

Well it depends on what was wrote about me, if its positive then of course id be glad and happy it would be a wonderful complement, but if what they wrote is negative and untrue then I wouldn't be to happy, but it looks like someone wrote pleasant things about you so you should be proud.

I will feel proud and of course happy. But someone who write it with a positive opinion. If he/she write with a negative opinion, i feel so sad. I think everybody has the same opinion like me. They will give an appreciate to the person who writes about the positive opinion about someone. :D

Hi Jenaisle, good for you! You really are a kind and patient person. Glad that your "disciple" is kind enough to acknowledge that.
I agree that the degree of satisfaction is very different. Once I wrote an article about "who do you write for?" in Associated Content, and inspired a fellow writer to write an article about it. He mentioned in this first paragraph that he was inpired by my article. I felt a mixture of emotions, glad and ashamed that my simple article could be so powerful.
