I wonder why nothing happens to the persons who behave unethically with others? Is it the new law of life? I want to say like my manager, who without any reason released me from project. Also the people who backstab me and was the main cause in this release. They are living well and happy. In the contrary, I am in trouble.I ahve done nothing wrong, still I suffer. Why this way of life?

I'm sorry someone did you wrong,Subha. It may seem like these people are moving along on their merry little ways but sooner or later if you backstab and are mean or dishonest with others, it does eventually come back around. Stand up for yourself but don't stoop to their levels.

I have seen this happen before and again. msot of the time people get away from it. or from me for their betrayal of trust. unfortunately i believe in Karma and what ever mischief that you have done in the past will surely get to you in the future. Never give up, be strong, and don't trust any body, listen but don't believe..

Sometimes we can't understand why life is so unfair to us. I am sorry to hear that you face problems in your work place. Every action there must be a reason behind it. If you think you are right and given unfair treatment, just remember karma and you will not be too disappointed. When life hands you a big disappointment, when your dreams blow up in your face, it's time to make new plans. It is not time to make a complain or to run away, give up but it is to get a positive plan on how you are going to handle this disappointment.

Hi there!
I'm sorry to hear what happened to you and your job but did you asked your boss why he fired you? We can't explain it but you know, sometimes life is unfair. But we must not let things affect us. In this world I believe we have to be strong if we want to survive.
Life is like a wheel, sometimes you're up and sometimes you're down. Maybe this is not just your day yet. But there will come a time you will be successful in life. Everybody has their turn. And those people who have done you wrong, they have their own time too. God knows who are good and bad. Just trust in him.
Cheer up!

i look at things this way when people do this they think they are getting away with it but someday they will pay for what they have done so dont worry about it to much they wil be dealt with. it will come back to them some how.

Life is not always fair for now maybe it will not happen to them but someday it will no one who commits mistakes and gets away with it it might come back to them in other form. Forget about this people and continue living until you succeed it always good in oneself that you grow without stepping on other people.

That's the new way of life Subha. Ethics has lost its value to some and people today no longer have the same kind of integrity as before. Friendship has lost the value and sadly, we are backstabbing and up to pulling down others.
Having said this, we still live for the blessings of a few who are trying hard to make a difference. You take care dear.

I feel so sorry for you. I dealt with that all of the time out in the workplace. I got so sick and tired of it. I am so glad to work at home now. My husband works outside of the home for us. People suck sometimes.

I really do not know or understand why. It's something that is unfair, that much I do believe. But otherwise, it's not something that I pretend to understand or know why it is this way. It's something that is really unfair for those, like you and I, subha, who do get in trouble, while those who do commit wrongs get away with their acts without any form of punishment, what so ever.

So this is the real world.Maybe it's unfair and we will suffer some unhappy things. This is usual and don't get in trouble with this. What you should do is just make you become more competitive and be better than theirs.Don't learn to be unethical like them, maybe it will be worse.

I sort of feel the same way. I had lost a friend because of his partner lying. My friend believes her because she is his partner but when it came to me telling the truth, he doesn't believe me.
She is now truely happy because i am not really in the picture. I am I am suffering.

Life can seem this ways sometimes, I know, and it is true that too many people get away with bad behavior. They may not KEEP getting away with it, though. Most people doing bad things do eventually get caught and justice is done.
I try hard any more to look for all the wonderful people in the world who do good things every day. It is these kind of people I choose to associate with.
Unfortunately, managers do not have to give us a reason for their decisions.

Its always the rule of this world " strongest is the survival" . And somehow i made myself believe that this is what the reality . From my primary school to this day i have always been coming across people who do wrong to others or me and then get away without being punished . Infact many times i got the punishment in place of them .

If something in this world that can not stand is injustice, and many of you know that you are like me. When you see wrongs the first thing you think you are and ask yourself: Do I have committed wrongs? But of course not done on time and do not want than to take revenge comes immediately thought of solutions and hope they come back with solutions, and then fall into the abyss of deep helplessness. Tried in vain to do something and see that you passed along without you your life trying to get revenge and did not have anything. Nothing that you enjoy, you're just grinding pain deep down and hopes to stop and want, to be happy, surrounded by your people that want to create, but it exists somewhere imprinted in your mind, yet it is there and you always hit the same question: Do I made unjust?

I have generally seen that such people are very very smart…they are experts at sugar-coating their actions so that their ulterior motives are never understood properly. I know what you are talking about…I have come across such people in my career too and I consciously avoid them as much as possible. They are great bullies and let me admit, they do know how to get the work done (good work or bad work) at any cost and that is what endears them to the management. They are very unethical and the end always justifies the means to them. If you are not good at bullying and lying and twisting people and facts, you can never take on them.

I think it is because life is unfair. I too have noticed this.
Some people can barely get passing grades, not go to work, yet they come into all the money you could ever dream of.
And then I work hard and study too, but it always seems like I'm not really getting anywhere.
And I've had companies not even pay me for work I did, yet they get away. And if I did that, I'm sure I'd get caught.
Life just isn't fair sometimes.

Although on the surface it might seem that they have worry free lives and often feels that people who behave badly get to benefit from their behavior and never get punished, I believe that the universe has a way of evening things back out. It might be that they finally get caught and punished for a misdeed, or their basement gets flooded, or they loose their job. I just can't believe that someone who causes other people will suffer gets to have everything they want and not pay for their behavior in one way or another.

Thats exactly what goes in my head sometimes........I really get angry when I see people who get themselves involved into all sort of bad activity get high praises.......nobody notices what means they used for getting those things done......but what matters to them is they did it......we had a project on room modeling and few of my classmates got an excellent remark.......HOW????
They had given their projects to be made by professionals.......they paid for it offcourse but they were so highly praised......whereas we as learners gave our best shot but did not meet our professors criteria and expectation after seeing these professional made ones........so we all got average marks.......it is so sad that even in schools and colleges teachers fail to realize the genuine efforts put by the students and how hard they have been working.....
Well as they say......god see everybody.......so maybe something good is in store for us......
Have a nice day !!!!

they get away because they started to realize that their doings is not good.
they felt uneasy to the person they pushed to the sad way of life. these people doing this activity will not work smoothly for they will be huzzled by their fair conscience.
