were you ever quarrel with your teacher?

i seldom talk about with the teacher that i thought he/her didn't know me.however,when you are a teacher,you will fell that the student should say hello to the teacher,at the same time,the teacher can recognize the student that he teach.in addition,as a student,that is pollite to talk with the teacher,of course,if the teacher is so rubbish,you can quarrel with it!

I will never ever dare quarrel with teachers. Teachers are elderly people, we should respect them. But if ever they go far too much, then that's another issue. I never quarrel with any teacher. I'm always willing to listen to them and be reasonable :) That's what our roles are, right? We are students. We are to be taught good manners.

As a student, I was very obedient and hardworking. I was on the shy side back then, let alone quarrel with my teachers whom I respect so much. There are some very good teachers that I can still remember very well, especially my English teacher in my senior high school. I admire him a lot for his great learning and was also afraid of talking to him when meeting him. But after my graduation from college, I went back to my mother school to pay him a visit once as I was not working in the same city. Now I am sorry that I have lost contact with him. If possible, I would like to pay him another visit if I knew his new working city. Now I myself am a teacher and I love to be friends with my students who are so lovely. They love to make friends with me as well. We contact each other a lot after class and school. Students love me for my being each to approach. I have a lot of fun teaching them and being their friend.

hello fwangaa, like you I never fight back all my teachers or never any heated arguments with them, I respected them and have faith on them. my teachers are the reason of what I am now thanks to them and without them maybe I am lost. Thanks can you add me as your friend?

I actually had a discussion with a professor in my university because of a project I did. It was a multi-subject project and it was followed by 3 different professors, plus a supervisor. The problem arose on the IT part of it; I knew I had done a decent job and the professor seemed quite satisfied. At the end of the project he wanted me to write down that he suggested me how to do the IT part, even if I had done it all by myself. After a rather rough discussion he didn't change his mind about it, blackmailing me that he would have given a low mark if I didn't do what he asked. Therefore, I went to the supervisor and told it all and he fixed the horrible situation. I'll never ever work with that IT professor again. That was the biggest quarrel I had. Basically I think that, seldom talker or not, the main think is respect for each other role and work: if that stays, no quarrel can happen.

i never quarreled with my teachers........coz i was blessed with best teachers....most of them were loving,caring n friendly....i really miss them.........

I had one teacher I became quite friendly with. He thought I had a good handle of how history works, and I thought he was a great teacher. I had another teacher I greatly admired, he was hard, but fair and the subjects were ones I was really interested in. I liked him so much I took 2 classes from him, Middle and Near East History and Far East History. What made the classes really special was the fact that during WWII he was in North Africa while they were bombing Italy, so he could tell us stories of actual events and things he saw there, and then he was stationed in Occupation Japan after the war so he had first hand experiences there as well.

Hi fwangaa, When I was in school we never spoke to teachers only when they speak to us and we were afraid our teachers as we reapect them but now days students call them by their first names and that is where the respect has gone, they are not afraid of their teachers and some cases they even bully their teachers. I often talk with my teacher, share opinions or argue with the subjects. I have always considered as a friend. he/she can help me if I can not finish my problem. I've never been afraid or run away from him/her, I even happy close with him/her. Because he/she often tease and make a joke, so it makes me life.

There are some teachers who are not fair, not patient, not interesting, etc., but they are expressing all those nots out of being not satisfied with students' performance. They should be controlling themselves to be more professional, but we need to check if we can improve before feeling bad about the teachers. Personally I like to talk with the teachers in my early days. Communication can improve relationship with anybody, including teachers. It is a skill critical to success all through our life.

Well, I was the type of child who "enjoyed" quarreling, especially with someone who felt they were in "command" of me. Teachers were a great source for me and my quarreling, but I don't think I was ever disrespectful, you can quarrel and not be disrespectful. The teachers who I did not quarrel with we always had good, deep conversations.

Nope, I've never quarreled with my teachers. I've always respected them and even if they were partial at times or something I just let it be because I don't consider it any use to quarrel and especially with a teacher. It could also have an impact on me. I've never really faced any troubles with teachers really so never really felt the need to get into a argument or anything. I've talked to a lot of my teachers, and most of them we talk to are like friends, so it's been fun!

no, i talk to my teacher whenever i have to talk to him/her. Not talking to your teacher will make make him/her believe you are afraid and timid.

Teachers are friends.Teachers help you grow in the right way.So don't be afraid of talking with teachers.You are a shy pupil.you should try to overcome it and learn to be talktive in class.I often ask questions in class.Talking with your teacher may benifit you a lot.He has much experience and knowledge for you to learn.And no teacher likes those who don't speak to him.Bless you!

I think I only had an arguement once with the teacher who thought that her opinion was much better than any of the students and then she felt the need to disrespect us so I told her on behalf of the students how rude she was, thus the arguement started but generally, I respect all my teachers and they respect me...I actually luv dem! A pity I'm gonna leave high school :'(
