How many pairs of earrings do you have fancy ones or just everyday ones?

I dont have any hoop earrings at all. I usually wear simple small ones, as I dont want to get them caught on anything, and I think that huge dangly earring tend to lok quite silly and cheap sometimes. I have about 5 or 6 pairs that I circulate.

Hi crazydaisy, I have only two pair of earring and both are in gold. I don't use other kind of earrings but I love to see the same in shop and do buy the stuffs for my brother's daughter and other girls at home place. I like to watch them by wearing different colors and designs. In my childhood I used a gold ornament which is allowed in my school that time. So my parents bought small size earrings for us (for me and my sisters). I never allowed wearing fancy stuffs so it becomes a habit.

I have so many I can't count them. Most are everyday earrings that are easy to put in and look ok with everything. I also have some really nice earrings and necklace to match but don't wear very often. One of my favorite sets is Elvis but they dangle so long am afraid they'll get caught in my blouse/shirt. I have double pierced ears but only wear earrings in the first hole.

No doubt, all those other earrings that you could open a store with, are probably somewhere in the basement? Hehehehehe! ;-D cdrxo

I have to say that your discussion caught my eye because I have always loved and am a collector of antique earrings. My ears aren't pierced, so I always wear the clip-on ones. I especially love the ones that are aurora borealis that sparkle with the lights shimmering all over and with matching brooches. I think I fell in love with them when I was a little girl, because my grandma used to travel by train every summer to visit us and she wore the earrings and the brooches. I used to sit on her knee and look up at the ceiling and walls and see all the pretty shimmering lights caused by her jewellery.

I have mostly plain, conservative earrings. I cannot wear large dangly ones at work, as it is hazardous around the clients. I have quite a few. I have lots of pretty little studs. I used to have two holes but they are closed for the second one now . . .at least on one side

I have a lot of earrings, but most of them I got before I realized that my ears were allergic (I had just thought they were infected before). So the only ones I actually wear are made of glass and titanium for the most part. I especially love the glass ones. I have a few fancy glass spirals and most of my earrings are just plain everyday earrings.

I used to change my earrings to match whatever I was wearing, but I don't do that now. I just wear the same ones day in, day out. Occassionally, I'll put on special ones like hearts on Valentine's Day, or shamrocks for St Paddy's, black cats on Hallowe'en... But mostly, it's just the same basic silver hoops, until I loose one and have to come up with something else for everyday.

I have also more than dozens of 'em, expecially the fancy ones...I love them all. During our garage sale last month, I sold some pieces, but kept most of them they could hardly fit in their container. Most of them have rested for months, but they're my collections and I love 'em. No, I have never done multiple holes in my ear as I never succumbed to those conformity years way back. I have a few pieces of fine jewelry which I wear to suit the occasion or more often my mood. It's good to always look good, so when I go out, I always wear any of my collections...it's part of my hobby collecting them...

Hi Cd, I have around 10 pairs of earrings. I was fond of collecting jewelery too but lately i have lost interest in everything. So i hardly have a look at what i have and rarely buy new ones.

OMG 6 piercings. my girl friend have many earrings. every time we go far a shopping she buys some. she uses the fancy ones in everyday life and she looks damn good in those. i have a diamond earring gifted by her. i wish i could also wear but the problem is that i am very afraid of piercing. and this one can't be worn without piercing.

I've lost count! I have lots -- fancy ones and really expensive ones from know jewellers. They're my accessory of choice. I wouldn't be me is I don't sport any eye catching earring!

I have 40 pairs and I love each one of them. I wear a different one each day. I'm into hoops, studs, danglings, leverbacks, gemstones in silver and gold. I don't get tired of looking at beautiful jewelry. Most of the pieces I own are small, easy to wear and light.

I have one pair of pearl drop earrings and another pair of pearls and I just use the former. I have sensitive ears and I cannot wear anything that contains nickel in them. I had two other pairs but the studs came loose. I love pearls and earring that dangle just a little bit. I did not get my ears pierced because much later. I thought it would hurt like crazy.

hi crazydaisy, i love to wear dangglers and hangings a lot but in general i am not a big lover of ear rings and all that type of stuff. i feel it quite boring. i have so much of variety in artificial. i h ave some in gold and some in silver. i have some pearls also, but i wear pearls that are very small. i dont like big pearls. they dont look good on me.i like diamond more . at present i am not wearing anything. i rarely wear but i like big dangglers more than small ones.

LOL I have about 3 pairs that are a matching set that are special to me. However I do have a whole jar of earrings that I've worn over the years...there's one thing though...there's only one of each earring. I have no idea why but I've always worn two different earrings. I just have one in each ear....I used to have alot of earrings but now since I have developed a metal allergy I don't have alot....I need to wear more expensive ones or my ears weep....so I just have maybe 10 good pair....I usually wear the same ones all the time....they are pearls....from my daughter.

Am I late or what? lol Better late than never as they say! Ok, the discussion at hand, I have a few earrings but not many. I used to have lots and lots of them but over the years, losing one and giving up the other after trying for what seems like eternity trying to find the other. I have the loop kind and the little ball for the two holes that I have in each ear. I've never had any more holes than that. I thought it would be too much to have to put in and take out every day of my life. I don't sleep in them because of what I saw can happen if I did! No thanks! lol Some day I'll get more, I just don't know when for I'm not much on shopping.
