Do you ever consider Sushi is a healthy cuisine, because it doesn't needed to be made from oil, or other cooking procedure. So, it is perfectly nature, and you won't need to worry about each too much sushi gonna make you fat.

Oh I love Sushi!! I think it is pretty healthy. Some will be healthier then others depending on whats in it. The soy sauce you dip it in, may not be the best thing because of all the sodium, but you can use the light soy sauce and only use a little. But Love sushi!!!

Absolutely you are right my dear that eating sushi will need to be considered carefully before eating. I think that sometimes they don't cook it at all so then you are eating really healthy food as raw carrots, and apples too, can be very good for you. You can eat carrots and apples without worrying about oil at all my dear and sushi is just another word for eating raw fruit or carrots.

I think having sushi is very healthy if we don't eat too many. I can eat a lot and if I don't control the quantity I have, I must become fat.

Yes and No. If you get it with a lot of preservatives and the ingredients aren't fresh, then it isn't healthy. The sushi sold at Target, Kroger stores, Walmart, and other grocery stores in the little things are NOT healthy. In fact, I get sick after eating just 4, and I know my body is like a radar for food that is bad for all of us. But I can eat 10 sushi pieces, if it is fresh and barely any preservatives before I get full. I don't get sick from healthy sushi.

That only applies to some sushi, some sushi is deep fried which after a while can add a little weight to you haha but it is a healthier choice than fast food or something.
