Hi, how do you cope with a stressful event in your life?

There are stressful situations for most people.Stress may affect your body and mood as much as food and exercise.Which affect stress has on you depends on how you handle it. How do you handle the stress maybe depend on your recognizations. So, I want to know how you cope with the stressful event in your life? I think different people have different views.

I usually lock myself away for awhile to give me time to think it all out and if i can't cope through it by doing this then at when I have calmed down a bit I then talk about things to a couple of friends as I think this lessons the weight of it all.

Thanks for your advice. I think you always forget the stressful event faster than me. Because you can talk with your friends. Maybe I should use this way to reduce the stress. Have a happy day.

i always will to find a quiet place where only me there.i will think it deeply.how i will cope it.then.if i have think it over.i will go to bed.or just sit somewhere.just relax myself.i like this way.

keep praying, go and sit at the park and just watch people walking and eat as much as i can ha ha ha
