how to make your 11 months baby eager to eat?

i have a baby age 11 months. she doesn't lke to eat like other babies. she only drink milk. my parents in law ask me to went to doctor cos it might be a serious matter. but my baby is strong and fat, healthy of course..but she doesnt like to eat anything...can you help me please?what age does your kid start to eat solid food..?
