how did your mother's day go?

for me, because mother's day fell on a Sunday we had to first get up early and go to church after that,we came home for lunch where a meal was already prepared for us. WE had roast beef, chicken, salad, spaghetti bolognaise. and for dessert, we had Ice cream from Baskin and Robbins, caramel creme custard, truffle, and cake. yup we definitely ate our hearts out. After lunch, we had the opening of the gifts, I gave my mother tickets to watch Men in tutus, and flowers. Plus I got her an all complementary voucher to a day at the spa. plus it was also my Nana's and little cousins birthdays. so they got presents too!

I just arrived from Manila, and as soon as I stepped out of the plane, my daughter met me with a bouquet of white flowers...I'm very touched with such gesture. Then we ate our lunch in one fine dining restaurants in our city. I also got a gift from my daughter--she cleaned my room and put in some fresh plants so that when I arrived, the pleasantness of it greeted me. Of course, she also posted some mother's day greetings at my door, in the mirror and in the porch. I'm not sure about tonight, but it sure is another memorable Mother's day celebration for me. Nice celebration you had...Godspeed!

I forgot to mention that as soon as I got settled down, we went to hear mass with the whole family. The nice lunch was a treat from my son. My husband is out of town, and will catch up with us on Wednesday.

It have been really envious that you can stay with your mother in Mother's Day.I wrok in another city,so today i just give a call to chat wiht my mother.And i had mail a gift to my mother.I hope my mother more healthy and happy.
