40 GB Hard Disk 128 MB RAM now a dream????

I remember when I bought my computer at that time normal configuration was 40 GB hard disk and 128 MB RAM, Pentium III mostly people were buying that only and I bought 256 MB RAM.. for P4 processor I had to wait for a week.:) lol.. it's really fact. and now 350 GB Hard Disk, 3 GB RAM and all normal.. processor speed increasing everyday.. Do you think it is dream now to buy computer with 128 RAM and 40 GB Hard Disk.

hi. buying a computer with these specs "computer with 128 RAM and 40 GB Hard Disk" is more like a nightmare.. hehehe... aim for the midrange atleast. that's reality. aiming for the high end one is the dream. happy mylotting.

hehe yeah.. I have my core 2 duo Intel centrino Processor, 4 GB RAM, 350 GB Hard disk laptop. just I remember old days of computers :)

of course quad core and 8 GB RAM and it should be 1 TB HDD but it will cross 2 lac as per INR hehe.. yeah I am software developer so I mostly concentrate on higher processor power and RAM

i am dreaming of a quad core 5 gb ram type of computer.. hehehe... but so expensive still. im currently using amd turion x2 with 3gb ram. also with 250GB hdd... but im happy... for now.. that is... LOL what are your dream specs?

i have this one about 128Ram, 40G hard Disk. my department leader still use it now. i tell him many times , to increase a Ram, but he didn't increase. he use it several years. and don't change it in future.

yeah that is what I mean to tell that there should be fast updatation of hardware in offices too if you are planning to use high level softwares

big ram are for people who use their computers for design and animation. for those who just simply use it for typign documents and preparing powerpoints, they can still survive on 128MB

Hello lovedude!!! No still not a dream. It can happen for sure. MY pc is pentium III. It has 40 GB hard disk and 2 pieces of 128 MB of RAM. We can't buy these stuffs now in the computer shops. But if someone come and give me good price, he will get my Pentium III, 40 GB, 128 MB RAM pc .... Just joking, there is no way I gonna sell by lovely pc.... Keep mylotting...

yeah I know anyone do not like to sell his/her computer. because there is an attachment between you and your system. :)
