In one of the guidelines in myLot, it requires that we make quality comments on the discussions topic. However,i was wondering how the quality of the comment is measured? To what extend the comment is considered a quality one? Or, how will one comment is considered a bad one (or seen as crap) and it won't get paid. Does anyone knows about this and feel free to share your experience here. Thanks.

I think if your post is nonsense about that topic. That is consider not quality post. Then you make your post so long but you dont stick to the topic that one is also a bad one. You must stick to the topic and post the right thing to post.
Make it simpler but good.

I got your point, thanks. :)
Do not talk nonsense, do not talk all the way but out of topic, and post the right thing. Oh i forogt to ask one more thing, is spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes affect the post quality? or is it ok to make a few spelling or grammar mistakes?

I think that there are several aspects for quality comments. myLot itself did not release any guidelines for the quality comments and suggest that we simply answer as best as we can - in my opinion, however, it actually follows two guidelines:
(1) length of post. When a response is at least 3 lines long then that's somewhat a quality post
(2) a positive rating - obviously mean that the response was good and is therefore a quality post.
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Haha, got to thank you too for your sharing on my discussion too! :)
The length of the posting is what we can control, whereas the positive rating will be dependent on the topic owner to put on. So, what we can do is that try to answer in more details or include some examples, instead of just a yes no answer. This is what i think, hope it's correct :)

Hm...good one. That's what stated in the rules and guidelines too that defaming others, rudeness, ansewring with one or two words are not allowed or will not get any earning. More informative and detailed description or comment will be rated better, i believe. Thanks for your reply! :)

In my opinion (which is neither right or wrong) Quality is more of a lengthy detail response.
If you look to the left of the box that you type your responses in, there is a comment stating "please be as descriptive as possible." I feel that it is important to include examples or your own experiences.
If I can I try at least fill up the box where I type to attempt to earn as much as I possibly can.
I would suggest to try different ways to see what really works for you because we all do write differently.

Oh, be as descriptive as possible, that's one of the tips to earn more in myLot too. Ya, i'll type more and add in my personal experience whenever the topics are of my interest. Afterall, it's good to share our experience with others as well as we know others' experience by reading their comments in myLot. This is one of the good things in myLot, we gain knowledge from others' sharing. Thanks for your sharing.
