With my Mom being gone now, unless there was others out there in the Media reminding me what today is, I would never know when this day was. I myself was never able to have any kids, so I never have had this pleasure, but for those who have, it is one of the Best days ever. I was wondering if any of you have any special plans planned for yourself or for your Mothers, and is this a Good day for you? We are going to be heading off to Church in a bit, where our church is doing something special for the Moms, and then we might go get something to eat, and then just come home and relax. Wishing you all a Blessed day, and for the Mothers in here, hope your day is special for sure. It is truly your day to feel blessed, so enjoy it for sure. ~~TINA~~

Our church is also having something special for the mothers. My pastor (also my dad) invites a special speaker each Mother's Day as well (almost always a woman). Each mother gets Bath and Body Works lotion, and then there is always something for the newest mother, the mother with the most children...I'll be seeing my mother tonight. She went to see her mother yesterday.

Thank you for the nice wish. I wish you a blessed day. I had both of my girls with me and I am thankful for that. I got some nice flowers and a bird feeder that I really wanted. My girls are great and so I don't really think today is more special than any other. I think that all moms are rewarded daily with the smiles of their children. I have thought a lot about my ex boyfriends mom(who I adored) as we lost her this past year and it is our first mothers' day without her. Anyway, I hope every mom has a very special day.

Yes Happy Mothers Day to all mothers! Nothing special planned here, just a family afternoon tea. My brothers birthday also falls on Mother's Day this year (it does every 6years) So we are celebrating both simultaneously. Its a great way to get the whole family together as long distance relatives are more happy to come for two celebrations, it works out well.

Happy Birthday to you Krause and all the other mothers at Mylot. Today is a pretty relaxing day for me..my husband took us out to breakfast and the kids made me some really great cards, flowers and other decorations that really made my day. I don't think there is anything better than hand made gifts from the kids, they really mean the world to me. I will be heading out to my moms later this evening to take her her gifts and wish her a wonderful mothers day. We don't have any big plans just spending the day together which in my eyes is better than any thing I can buy her....

I started planning for my mom almost a month ago! I made lunch, a mom's day cake for dessert and I'm preparing an evening meal as well. I bought her a couple of presents and some of her favorite candy. I am so thankful that I still have my mom (my dad has passed). My brother and sister both live out of town so I make an extra effort to make her day special since I'm the only one here. Happy Mother's day to all the moms.
