What makes you happy?

Some people are happy when they get 5 minutes to themselves. Some people are happy to have a great husband. Some people think having lots of money makes you happy, what do you think? Are you happy that you wake up every morning? Doesn't the sunshine make you happy? I hate winter but summer makes me very happy and when I'm happy everyone around me is happy! That's what my husband says anyway.

I am happy that I am healthy, that my children are healthy that my family is healthy. I am happy that I have such a loving husband who adores me. I am happy that the sun is out and I am happy when there is a nice spring rain.
Many things in life make me happy, but I have learned that if you can not be happy with yourself you can never truly be happy with any thing else.
Things are important to people, I get that but you have to be happy with or with out them.
Summer of course makes me happy. I love being outside, spending time with friends and family.

Meandmy3-you are absolutely right. You hit the nail on the head and it's something some people never understand. We are retired, we don't have a lot of money to spend on trips, and boats etc...but that isn't important. We have a comfortable life, living in a an area we love, with great weather and other than high blood pressure we are healthy...and a few pounds overweight! But I used to have a hard time making people understand that you can't be happy with others if you aren't happy yourself. You said it very well. Your kids look adorable and I hope you had a great day!! Thanks for sharing!

You are very welcome. So many people think that they can buy happiness and that things make them happy, the more they buy, the more they have the more they have to have and they are still not happy. If only they would step back and look at all they have to be thankful for and what life has given them maybe they could find that happiness in themselves.

I feel happy when people around me happy!I don't know why,but when I'm in bad temper n hanging around outside,my heart will juz suddenly become happy when people pass through me smile to me. ^^

What makes me happy, is playing games, when I am angry or sad, sometimes, I just play games, to forget that for a while, and relax... Like once I had lost the Regional Spelling Bee, and I had been so close, but I lost, so I cried for the most of the day, and then I strated playing RUnescape and I forgot about it for a while.
