revision!

hi i have a lot of exams coming up and i know that i need to revise for them but when ever i pick up a book to try and get some revision done i feel straight away like i should just go out and have fun.i know that this is stupid but i really need to get some revision done otherwise i will fail my exams and then it is all over for me. Can anyone please help me and give me some tips on how to get rid off my distractions?
