Ok, it's hard to get referral in the first place but once you have referrals, how do you keep them being active? Or do you just make sure that the people you refer will remain active?

I have found that you can't keep referrals active. You have to let them do what they want to do. If they aren't interested in staying active you can't make them. The best thing to do is spend your time finding more referrals. The more you refer, the better your chances are at finding ones that will stay active. Good luck.

That's very true - I just wish that everyone wh joined would be active at leat once a week...I know I don't have time for all of my sites but I do try at least once every 1 - 4 weeks & that's all I would ask in return.

I think gamer1013 said it right, there isn't anything that you can really do about inactive referrals. You really just have to let them do there own thing and try to spend as much time getting more. I do wonder though, why people sign-up to a program and don't participate at all.

Excellent question but if we knew this, everyone would have no reason to be here in the MEM area. Some good ideas would be to pay them for their efforts like bonuses. Have contests and give prizes. No matter what you do, unless you know what motivates the person, it will be hard to keep them active. People quit for reasons that are important to them, which we will never know unless we ask them.

No problem in asking. I am certainly serious about earning online.

I refered a couple of my best friends, people with hom I'm in contact every day. When I start a really interesting discussion I forward it on to them to make sure they see it, and they do the same when they start one of interest to me. We make it a point to keep up with eachother's discussions.

I too struggle with getting referrals - I have even joined a couple of sites to get referrals but still to no avail so I will just keep plodding along & when I get my payput from my sites, I will promote them more than when I am now & hopefully that will bring in more referrals :)

I don,t think theres anything you can do friend, Lots of people are my referrals from my website but if they don,t want to do it anymore theres nothing i can do.
Most people have high hopes when they sign up then they get a pain in there back side and leave.

I agree with ou there...When I join up to a site, I may get slack but I do stick with them until I reach pay out & if I get the money, I stay & promote it to everyone & become more active

The sites that allow you to refresh your referrals are the ones you are going to want to stick with if you are having this problem. This way when one of your referrals goes inactive you can just switch to an active one. I try to make sure the sites I join have this option. Otherwise you can lose quite a bit of money. As far as direct referrals, there is really not much you can do. Best of luck to ya though.
