Emailsending job?

I'm tired of those PTC/PTR. And I gave up on waiting to be a chosen bid in provider's activity. I feel like getting into job about email sending but there is a fee, a one time and small fee. The instructions guaranteed so easy to follow but I dont know if its really true. They will send many bonuses (ebooks and guidelines to help). I dont want to ask the site because they will just say all the good things about them for me to join. I want to know how reliable it is? I'm afraid and hesitant. Is there anyone been paid and still in email sending? Your experiences and advices will be a great help. Many, many thanks!!
