Cast Lists for New Moon, what do you think?

Well I can agree with you that. Nikki Reed is not that beautiful but I still think she portrayed the character well as far as acting is concerned. I've seen the pictures of the wolf pack and they are definitely hot! I am definitely looking forward to seeing the movie. What do you think about Michael Sheen playing as Aro? It's brilliant don't you think?

I agree with you about Nikki Reed. I think she's pretty, but not the way Rosalie would be. I think Ashley Green is cute, but noy quite the Alice I imagined. But I do think Rob and Kristen were very well suited to play Edward and Bella. I've seen a couple pitctures of the new characters cast. I guess the werewolves look ok, idk, I'm way more into the vampires. And I think Dakota Fanning will make an excellent Jane. I also saw the actress that's playing Heidi, and she's gorgeous.

As some have stated I don't think it would have been wise for them to switch any of the characters out. I agree with you on Nikki Reed playing Rosalie -- she's no where near beautiful enough for Rosalie. I do think Nikki portrayed Rosalie perfectly though. I don't think that Ashley would have made a good Rosalie either but I do think she's perfect for Alice. She's got that petite pixie quality about her that's described in the books. I think that Edward could have been cast better. I just don't think that Robert Pattinson is good looking enough for Edward. I wasn't impressed with his overall performance either as Edward but I'm not sure that was entirely his fault -- I think the direction of the movie and the director is what might have made it unimpressive. I didn't think he was good looking enough for his role as Cedric either. However I suppose his looks are subjective. As far as the others from the original I am happy with their casting choices. I think that Dakota Fanning is perfect for Jane. And I've always thought that Cameron Bright was always a little evil looking so I think that Alec suits him to perfection. The rest I'll just have to wait on lol. I did find it a little funny that Michael Sheen switched sides on us lol -- I think he'll make a good vamp.

I think the wolf pack is HOT, but i pictured Embry differently. I pictured him a little skinnier. But it's still a good fit, I think. I like the pick for Harry Clearwater. I LOVED Graham Greene in Dances with Wolves. I think he was an excellent pick. I'm glad they are keeping the original cast. I think a lot of fans would have up in arms if they had changed anyone though. I can't wait for November! :-D

I think the casting for the Twilight crew is absolutely right on target. I can't imagine seeing any of the sequels with other actors/actresses playing the original parts. The new cast members for the Volturi coven are pretty interesting, although I am questioning their choice of Dakota Fanning as Jane. She doesn't seem menacing enough for me, but maybe she'll show us a side of her that will be brilliant in the part. The wolf pack...in 2 words...HUBBA HUBBA! Again, great casting!

I have also read the casts of New Moon and I find it very interesting. Director Chris Weitz who will direct this Twilight series, early on promised a different movie something closer to the book story. I agree with you that summit production really got a mistake in picking Nikki Reed as Rosalie, she simply did not fit to the description that says "most beautiful woman in the world". I find Ashley Green as prettier than Nikki Reed, I think they must look for somebody else to play Rosalie.

I haven't watched the Twilight movie yet... and i am about to finish Breaking Dawn... then i can finally buy a cd or dvd... i don't really know any of the actors... except for Kristen and Rob Pattinson... but i read that Dakota Fanning will be playing the role of Jane... the Volturi guard with a very nasty gift... i think that suits her well... the role is quite small but meaty... and Dakota has the capacity of turning small roles into huge ones...
