What makes you sweat?

There are many ways that makes me sweat like playing volleyball, exercising, walking under the heat of the sun. Even indoors there are many ways that makes me sweat like cooking, cleaning the house, sipping hot soups and eating spicy chili foods. Its good to have it to get rid of the oils inside our body. I just want to know what some other people of getting sweat. What makes you sweat?
