I like to read a book but I do like to watch movies as well. I want to get back into reading more books though because I think that is more relaxing in my opinion, and you can get more of a story from a book, and make it your own. Sometimes when a book is turned into a movie it doesn't do the book justice.

Hi SomeCowgirl, well I was like that to before, but it's my work and time that is my problem reading a book. So now a days I just watch a movie and it helps me to relax. When I do read a book it's just that I can't bring it down, I wanna know what will happen in the end. Anyway have a nice day to you!

I can see that with a tight schedule you don't have time to pick up a book and read it to the end which you are accustomed to and like to do because of the book's content and how you feel about it. Well I do hope that you can get time to relax, whether that be watching a movie or reading a book.

I prefer to watch a movie too than to read a book. I have a pretty good imagination but i takes a lot of effort for me to imagine things when i'm reading a book especially since i'm not really a book reader. I want to watch movies because i think it enacts what is happening or what the real events are. Real people are actuating the things going on which is good because it's like seeing the event first hand. Plus, we can enjoy watching movies with friends and it's less boring than reading a book, at least for me personally.

Hi my friend modstar, sorry for the late reply my friend. You said that right same here with me because I think it enacts what is happening or what the real events are. Well I love to read, but my eyes are already tired my friend. It relaxes me more then reading a book that it will take me a longer time then watching a movie that it will only take me 1 to 2 hours. Anyway have a nice day to you my friend!

My full time job takes a lot of my time. Just about every day, I get back home very late, and no time to watch movies. So, whenever I have some chance, I sit down and relax reading a book or a magazine, before going to sleep.

I guess that depends if I've got a lot of spare time I'd love nothing more than to curl up somewhere and read a book but, if I'm too busy I guess watchin' a movie or two would do. Though what I like better about reading a book is that it provides all the details you normal overlook when watching a movie.

I prefer to watch a movie but every once in a while it's nice to sit down with a great book and lose yourself in it.
