Water is the Gods best gift given to us .It not only hydrates the body but flush away toxins and waste ,gives glow to the complexion ,prevents kidney stones and constipation.A little chilled water is a refreshing ,non expensive very satisfying beverage. On the other hand fruits are loaded with natural sugar ,carbohydrates ,fibres ,minerals and vitamins.Fresh fruit juices gives energy and glow to the complexion.Juices will not satisfy your thirst but will definately rehydrate your system.

Yes, water is better at quenching my thirst than juice is.
Mostly, juice just makes me thirstier.

Yes, i do agreed that drinking water is better as it can quench your thirst right away. I ever tried drinking juice and it really will makes you want to drink more and more. Besides that, drinking water can helps you to cleanse out the toxic in your body easily.

Water quenches my thirst better than anything else. When I drink juice it feels that I have drunk nothing even if I have drunk the whole glass.

Nothing else can quench my thirst the way that water does. There are people out there that "don't like" water and I just can't understand it! How can one go without drinking water?? I love the taste of water and how good it makes me feel to drink it. I typically drink between 2 and 3 liters of water each day.

I really think it depends on what you are used to drinking. I definitely prefer water - but that is what I choose to drink all of the time. When I was younger and drank mostly juice, water just didnt quench my thirst like the juice did.
I know that certain things physically will make you less hydrated in the end. I dont think juice is one of those things. But I also know that some people think soda (one of the dehydraters) is the best to quench their thirst.
I wonder how much of this is a psychological issue? I guess it doesnt really matter for me. I love water and it is good for me!
