How do you prefer to travel?

Hi achinthya, It depends on the distance and situations. If I am going for a long journey, I prefer to go by train. I am traveling to my office everyday by bus and there is not much distance. If I am going with my hubby then it will be on bike. If the journey is with more people then we depend on a taxi. But I like to travel in train. I am more comfortable with train journey. When I was in college I used to travel in train. We don’t feel tiredness after the train journey.

I normally travel by train because it is my favorite form of transportation. I like the comfortable seats, the generous amount of leg room and seeing the view from the window. I have to travel by bus when there is not a train service available and I find that far less comfortable. I travel by plane sometimes because it is the only practical way to get to far away destinations. I only go by ferry if that is necessary because when the sea is rough I get travel sick.

It all depends on where I'm going really...Sometimes I enjoy goin in our truck and sometimes plane is better...I do travel by bus but really dont care for it since its not the most comfortable way to travel long distance...

I would agree to the previous comment on this post.Train is the best thing to travel in while you are in India.I take various modes of transport if I have a plan earlier on.I a trip I can journey through a bus and train simultaneously in a single day sometimes.But I don't travell by flight cause in india , yes they could save you a lot of time,you would love to see the places around if you are travelling for lesiure.

It all depends where I´m going, of course. My daughter invites me to the beach once a year in summer. It´s a 7 hour drive by car and she does it. I usually take my vacations alone in other countries and I go by plane. The only time I take a train is when I visit some friends of mine at the country. I take a traein for a little over 3 hours and my friends com to pick me up at the station. I fully enjoy this but it´s not possible for other places.

I haven't traveled on plane. Any form of transportation is good enough for me because i normally travel asleep. hehe

For short distances travels within my own country, I prefer taking the bus. I do travel overseas fairly often on my business trips. On those trips, I take airplnes ofcourse. Depending on the destination and the route, there are a number of choices of airlines.

Train. The best thing about travelling in trains in India is that they pass through some diverse landscapes on their way to the destination and it's really great to have a look at them and enjoy them. bourne
