Do you do workouts daily ?

I was not before but as my body became overweight and my clothes started to become tied I joined the body fitness class and working out at least for an hour daily and controlling my diet,its been two months now and I found that the result was good its really working and had reduced some portion of mt weight..

Its really nice to hear that you hav reduced some weight. Keep going and continue with your daily workouts so that you could become more leaner and more healthier. It is but regular workouts that help in strenthening the body and to become more fit and energetic in life.

Recently, I've started my jogging session. From now on, that will be my weekly exercise after a five days of work. Right now, I practice to be a health conscious guy. At least I have my exercise every weekend. Although, not daily but still it helps. Also, a good choice of food is part of being a health conscious person.
