Where do all the deleted videos in youtube go??

i recently heard tht all the youtube deleted videos are taken as a backup and there are sites which publish them!! Do you know any??

All youtube videos are not taken as back-up, they are just totally taken away from the whole youtube server, and other sites do not publish the videos, I think that is in youtube's privacy policy, or terms of whatever...

I dont know where the deleted vidoe go.Maybe they sent it to somewhere or detele it forever.Maybe you can send a message to youtube company to ask them about this.Thank you.
