they say having coffe everyday is not good for your health, but i tend to ignore these saying becoz im a coffee lover..hhmmm taste sooo good! i always see to it that everyday at breakfast i make one cup of coffee.but lately,a lot of people say that better drink fresh juice during breakfast. aside from its so healthy there is no side effect.i have some second thought of changing my daily routine during breakfast, its like i really cant quit coffee when i ate breakfast.fresh juice is yummy too and full of vitamins.i may give it a try,who knows im gonna like it too.
so, are you a coffee person or prefer fresh juice? which do you prefer for breakfast?

For breakfast, it's always been coffee for me. But now that I'm pregnant, I'm slurping hot chocolate or milk with my breakfast. I don't really drink juice first thing in the morning because I tend to get an upset stomach when I do so. Juice is for the latter part of the day, but to wake me up, it's got to be coffee.

Actually, I think the book is still out on whether caffeine affects unborn babies or not. My OB was fine with my drinking 1-2 cups a day. I think more than that is a concern - if you're drinking more than 2 cups a day, you should definitely cut back while pregnant. Also, if you drink caffeine while pregnant, your baby may have a little withdrawal after birth, but I don't think it's a big concern.
Overall, if you feel like you need caffeine, I think you're better off getting from coffee or tea instead of sodas. It's cheaper and doesn't involve all the bad-for-you chemicals that soda has. Juices are pretty much just as bad as sodas - full of sugar. You're so much better off just eating an apple rather than drinking apple juice. FIBER!

Juice isn't even that nutritious. It is basically just fructose, i.e. fruit sugar, and most of the vitamins are lost. You are much better off eating actual fruit for breakfast and washing it down with coffee. Besides, juice does not wake you up.

when i was working i just take coffee and juice for breakfast since i would be eating breakfast in the workplace. seemed okay to me, though.
now, i'm a stay at home mom. i still take coffee for breakfast with a little something and it still seems okay. i had been doing this since i was 13.
i now take the juice for my morning snack.

i like both coffee and fresh juices(orange, apple, pineapple, mango). anything is ok for me in breakfast. I used to take coffee when i was in college . Now i am working with a MNC. i now prefer fresh juice because one of my close friend has advised me that coffee is really bad for health if taken daily.
Since my job requires me to sit in front of the computer most of the time. i want my diet to be good. This is the only reason why i prefer fresh juice to coffee.

I always love juice but I work with coffee everyday so I just can't get away from it. I sometimes, I have to drink a lot of water to forget coffee... but still can't. I have to have one at least. I prefer to have nice milk or juice if possible

I'm also a coffee person. I rarely drink fresh juice for breakfast. I think that's too cold for me and I might have an achy stomach is I drink a cold one. Plus, I really love the smell of coffee, and it wakes me up cause I usually wake up so early in the morning so I really need a boost!
Regarding the health issue, probably they're just saying that fresh juice is healthier than coffee, but I don't think coffee is bad at all.
Coffee drinkers rock!

I'd prefer having coffee for breakfast than having a fresh juice. I'm having trouble waking up in the morning and when I do wake up, one thing I do after brushing my teeth is making a cup of coffee.. It has been like my stimulant to start my day energized. No coffee in the morning = bad day for me xD

Coffee is definitely my favorite way more than juice. In fact I never drink juice I don’t like it. But I like the way coffee tastes with sweet things-the bitterness offsets the sugar. And I love eating sweet things for breakfast so coffee is always the number one pick. I will admit though, juice is better for you.

Breakfast? What's that?
Seriously, I'll completely admit to being a coffee addict. Even if it's utterly horrible for you, I tend to end up havig to function about 3-4 hours of sleep a night, and coffee at least makes me functional enough to get through the morning, not to mention making the people around me much happier, given I'm not quite as growly.

we roast our own coffee needless to say were coffee junkies, gotta have it as soon as my eye's open. but, i drink v8 fusion during the day. i get up at 4 am so by 10 im coffee'd out, until 4am again, and it's gotta be dark roast, with the oil's still in the bean to make that frothy top, crema.

I guess the majority of the people would prefer coffee because it helps keeps them awake and energetic in the morning. My dad drinks coffee everyday. It's not healthy for him but he continues drinking it because he has done that far years. I tried urging him to drink water which is what I've been drinking for breakfast every morning. It's good for you and you don't have to worry about anything but it doesn't keep you awake and that's for sure. But I think a good sleep will make you feel ready for tomorrow. That's how I feel. I don't feel tired in the morning but the willingness to want to accomplish alot of things. If I was to choose from the option above, I would prefer juice over coffee because like you said it gives vitamins and that depends on which brand you buy.

I personally am a coffee drinker, and yes it is true that coffee is not good for you. Aside from the fact that sugar and cream are fattening, the caffine in the coffee is also bad for you. Drinking Juice is one alternative but I have also heard that eating an apple instead will wake you up better than a cup of coffee. I was doubtful of this so I tried it out, turns out that it's true, but I have to confess that I still won't give up my coffee in the morning. I have cut back on how much sugar and cream I use and I have also cut back on the number of cups I have in a day. Hopefully that is good enough. I hope that your new breakfast drink will work for you, eventually I might try it out myself.

I used to drink coffee every breakfast until I get addicted to our local chocolate drink. I never have fruit juice in the morning because when I was younger, I was told that it's not really a good idea. Also, I prefer to have caffeine in the morning.
