i set up my notifications in mylot,and mylot is not spam in my inbox,everything is ok
but when i got a response, i haven't got an email to notify me,why?this will make me lose someone who comment on my discussions

It's better to contact the administrator of mylot and explain your problem. If the problem continues, then you are really going to miss a lot of comments from mylot users. You will lose a good interactive discussion. So, every time you are forced to check all your activities to see whether anybody has responded to your discussion or not.
So, what i want to suggest you is don't forget to check once again that your notification preferences have been properly set and then report the problem to the mylot administrator.
But, keep posting useful responses and comments on mylot.
