Hi, traffic exchange is when you surf others websites and in return you earn credits that you can use for your own websites so that other people will view your website. Some traffic exchanges pay everytime you surf x sites and some are paying everytime you refer other members. Some sites even pay like 1$ per referral in some special cases but the minimum payout is very high.

A traffic exchange is where you sit at your computer and look at other peoples stuff and in turn you earn points, the only way to make any money from them is by upgrading your account, and trying to get other people to sign up under you, I cant say how much they pay as I have never tried to make money off of them.
