Ok, as expectant mothers we are urged by our doctors to breastfeed. It is the most natural form of food for a baby and has many many benefits. SO why, when it is something that Doctors urge women to do is it such a problem when a mother feeds her child in public? DO we frown upon other mothers who choose to bottle feed their children in public? Do we let them know that it is inappropriate to feed their child in public? No, we don't. There are a lot of mothers out there who do chose to breastfeed their child in public and catch soo much crap for it. There are women out there who have no shame and will breastfeed without using anything to cover themselves while feeding, but there are also the women who do cover themselves up and are as descreet as possible who are asked to leave a restaurant or a store because it is deemed inappropriate. So, the question I am asking you is, Mothers Milk or Formula?

Obviously mother milk. It gives the baby all kind of vitamines and proteins to grow up healthy.

Mother's milk is still the best. But we should also do it in private. Or we could pump the milk in a bottle and bring it if you have to go somewhere. Some people might be embarassed or offended to see a mother nursing her child. So we should also remind ourself to be discreet in public places.
