Runing is good to your health,it makes you strong ,keeps dieases away, so it is welcomed by many people around the world . However,if we run no planned, one day you have runing for 2hours,the other day do not go to run ,its bad to your health. Because it makes your lung changes all the time ,your lung will become tied.moreover, you will get fat easily at the time you do not run.

No running doesn't make the lung tired very much. I am a medical student and I think you won't feel any offence if I state some biology here. Yes there is a considerable tiredness in the lung, but it's ignorable. Running actually has an impact on the muscles. If you run for a long time, lactic acid accumulates in the muscles and causes it to fatigue. But eventually, liver helps in removing them. It's advisable to take some glucose after and before you run. Hope I have helped you. AJ.

I think that basically what he is saying is that a regular regime is best (which I would agree with). The more one accustoms oneself to exercise, the easier it is for the system to deal with the lactic acid accumulation efficiently. You're quite right, though. Fatigue is to do with the muscles rather than the lungs.
