the sleeping position that I usually sleep with is when I am lying by my side with my back to the wall. the sleeping position i least like is when I am lying at my back staring the wall. this would mean I can't sleep. What is your best and most comfortable sleeping position.

For me, the most comfortable sleeping position is either on my side, or on my stomach. I really don't feel comfortable sleeping on my back. I'm not really sure why, but I've just never felt comfortable sleeping on my back. It's just not a comfortable sleeping position for me.

I always strat by sleeping on my back, but when I get really tired and I am about to fall asleep, I roll to my side and curl up. Funny, though, I always end up on my stomach in the morning!

If I am really tired, it doesn't matter what position I sleep into. I usually turn to my side some time during the night, though.

The most comfortable sleeping position for me is when I'm facing sideways. Be it left or right, as long as I have a pillow to hug and a blanket to cover myself with. That's comfortable for me because I will never be able to sleep without pillows and blankets. And also, I feel very uncomfortable when facing the ceiling. It feels.. really uncomfortable for me.

I'm a back sleeper... if I try other positions I'll have body pains all over.. its not very relaxing to sleep on a chair. I can't even sleep on a bus, more if its moving.. I'd rather stay awake than sleep uncomfortably.

According to some research, the best position to sleep is : SLEEP ON YOUR RIGHT! YES, SLEEP ON YOUR RIGHT OR ON YOUR BACK! This is because if you sleep on your left, or on your stomach facing downwards, you are putting extra weight on your heart. This is No Good for the heart. One more thing , if you sleep on your back, make sure you don't put hands on your chest, the pressure unto your heart again. That's why some people might have nightmares or encounter sleep paralyse. For me, I personally sleep on 2 comfortable pillow and hug one pillow (between my two thighs)facing my right or on my back. Just try it and I would like to wish you all a "Wonderful Sleep and Sweet Dreams"...

I like to sleep on my side with one arm wrapped around me - sounds strange and uncomfortable but if I don't do it I can't get to sleep!! I'm a bad person to sleep in the same bed with, I hate having to share a bed (maybe lucky I don't ahve a boyfriend then!) I can't sleep when lying straight out on my back, I just can't relax in the same way that I need to, to be able to fall into a good night's sleep.
