Karma? True or false???

Hiya guys. Just wondering what you think about 'karma'. A friend at school seems to be obsessed with it. Im not sure to be honest, the idea that every good deed is returned with something good? and every bad deed is replaced by something bad??? Can that really be true? I don't really believe this. Because sadly, I have done ALOT of bad things in life that i am really not proud of. But then again, ive never had anything something as bad back. Unless its all building up for one bad thing??? What you lotters think?
