I've been using film for about 10 years and Canon Powershot A520 Digital Camera for 3 yrs. My Digital Camera was good because I can manual the macro mode to almost 0.0 mm then capable of continuous shooting to 1.9 fps but I'm still not satisfied with the output because I want to upgrade my level of photography. I want to get DLSR but not sure what kind of camera is the best. Suggestions?

Hello there! To enter in the DSLR world, I suggest you start with the entry-level cameras, like the Canon XSI(450D), Canon T1i(500D), Nikon D60, and much others.
They are relativelly inexpensive, and are perfect to someone who is starting to use DSLRs! I have a Canon XSI, and I'm very pleased with its quality!
After you buy your camera, you can then start searching for new lenses to buy, that will brings you even more quality in your images (in photography, the quality of the lenses is more important than the camera model)
