What do you think of Legend of Dragoon?

Have you played the game 'Legend of Dragoon' before? This game was realease on Playstaion 1 (PS1) platform and I must say that this is the one and only game that I won't forget ever. This is the very first Adventure game that I played and it's the best! It's kinda like Final Fantasy but I love Legend of Dragood more than final fantasy. My favorite characters are Albert and Meru. How about you? Who are your favourite characters and have you played this game before? I always hoped that there will be a Legend of Dragoon 2 but nah, there isn't. And also, a movie would also be very good. What do you think? Happy myLotting friends!

I never play it. I dont remember all the name characters again, and only remember the main character. I also not have finished playing this game, as CD3 damaged. Have u graduated play this game?

Yes, matawak. I've graduated on playing it like 2 years ago. And now, I'm almost beating the game again as I'm already on disc 4. Don't you like this game? It's really very good. It's sad that your disc 3 is damaged.. what I did when all of the discs were damaged was buy a new set. I never regretted it because I'm really addicted to Legend of Dragoon. I see. My favorite game other than Legend of Dragoon? Do you mean on the PS2 console? if you mean on the PS2 console.. Then it would be.. Chrono Cross, Threads of Fate, Tales of Destiny, Tales of Eternia, Suikoden 2.. there are so many! How about you?

I love this game and wanted to play it as well. But cassette PS1 here is difficult in the search or find the rare, but once I had long wanted to play this game. Ayameyoki, if you have favorite game than this?

I was able to play this game before but I wasn't able to finish this. Later on, my brother got to play the game and since he had more time, he was able to finish the game. The story is quite okay for a fantasy. The game play is also alright, attacking required combos that you have to link with each other or a full attack wouldn't be delivered. The game didn't get a lot of hype though compared to those from the Final Fantasy series.. I guess it had more western concepts and that didn't attract a fan base. I guess I'd play it again if we still had a working PSX (^_^") and if I had time..

I see.. Would you believe that I haven't played a single game of Final Fantasy yet? I only know the characters.. nothing more than that. Well, I attempted to a single Final Fantasy game but to my dismay, it's in Japanese and I don't understand Japanese. And also, it hangs.. It was really annoying because I was really curious about Final Fantasy at that time. So unfortunate I think I'm beating Legend of Dragoon for the 12th time now. Good luck on playing it! Well, that is possible since not everyone could have a copy of the game. I started out with Finaly Fantasy VII, knowing that there were already other Final Fantasies before that but, I luckily started when they began developing games in 3D compared to the previous ones that were still all side-scrolling or in 2D 12th time? You must've already completed everything that you can do in that game.. sounds like your PSX is still in working condition or.. are you using a PS2 to play your PSX games..? (^_^?)

Yes i played this game it is true that its one of the few games that i wont forget ever too. it was not my first rpg/adventure game my first ever rpg game was FF7 and i love all of the parts it dosent mean i dont love LOD i love it too. about the characters to me all the of them are favorite because when i play a game i am mentaly in the game so every one of them is like a family member to me (i am not crazy) i am waiting for LOD2 myself lets hope it comes out sooooon (movie too).

Hi there steelkhan! Thank you for your response! I think I beat Legend of Dragoon a total of 12 times already. Addicted much? Haha, I even put it on my PSP. Every time I beat it, I play it again immediately. I'm so crazy about this game, haha. I'm hoping for LOD2 and a movie (if possible) too. But I think I'm losing hope waiting for those. If I'm not mistaken, LOD1 was released about 9 years ago right? But I'll still keep my fingers crossed. Happy myLotting! :)

"Just Amazing" comes to mind you have completed LOD 12 times. its not addiction its called love and you are not crazy, i too complete some games over and over again and i play them when ever i get the chance. Lets hope all our wishes come true not only LOD2 & movie related all of our wishes. my advice to you is never lose hope any thing is possible. yes LOD was released about 8,9 and 10 years ago (in Japan on Dec 2/1999, in North America on June 11/2000 and on Jan 19/2001 in Europe). In the end i think, you think like me on the subject of gaming.
