PTC SITE - $10 for clicking/reading e-mails?

Few days back I came across a site which gives me illusions of paying $10 for clicking/reading e-mails. The minimum payout be $5000. I am wondering how come these sites are able to pay $10 whereas other sites pay only $0.01 per click.
Do you think that these sites could be genuine?

Of all these I think momincashout and neobux are genuine. Any other genuine sites?

These are scam sites without a doubt! Just don't waist your time on them.
